First of all I would like to introduce myself, my name is David Kubicek, I have worked in industrial design, working with architects, contractors and in project planning for over 15 years. I have also worked with Habitat for Humanity volunteering my services in construction of new low income homes. I am a certified professional inspector in the State of California and I have experience in construction standards and methods. I hold many ancillary certifications to help in my quest to give my clients a thorough inspection so that I can point out any issues that may be exposed in a property that could potentially be a problem in the future. We have the tools, knowledge, techniques, education and experience to fully inform you of the condition of your home or commercial property. As a member of the InterNational Association of Certified Home Inspectors, the world’s largest Home Inspection Association (InterNACHI) I am dedicated to the Standards of Practice and adhere to the Code of Ethics set forth by InterNACHI. A Home or Commercial Inspection involves a lot of effort. In the final analysis, a thorough inspection depends on the individual inspector’s own perserverance, effort and character.
