You are eligible for a full refund if our services do not adhere to the standards set forth Pro 1 Certified Inspections “Standards of Practice” within 10 calendar days of your purchase (initial inspection). The client must show evidence that the services were not performed in an acceptable manner. After the 10-day period you will no longer be eligible and will not be able to receive a refund.
