Pro 1 Certified Inspections is a Certified IAC2 Mold Inspector. We adhere to the International Association of Certified Inspectors (InterNACHI) Standards of Practice as well as being listed with the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). We use certified and calibrated professional air and surface sampling equipment. We provide two types of mold inspections: Complete and Limited. With the Complete Mold Inspection, we inspect the whole structure, which means we take 2 exterior air samples, at least 1 indoor air sample and surface samples wherever mold or moisture intrusion may be present. The Limited Mold Inspection is focused on a certain area in the home. We take 2 exterior samples, 1 indoor air sample and 1 surface sample. All samples are documented and sent to a Certified Bacteria and Mold Testing Laboratory. Once we receive the mold report from the testing facility, we include it in our inspection report before it is presented to our client. We provide a FREE visual mold inspection with all of our inspections.
